Wilson Bank & Trust Partners With Eclipse, Breaks Ground on New 69,000 Square Foot Operations Center in Lebanon, Tennessee

Wilson Bank & Trust Breaks Ground in Lebanon, TN During a special celebration on Monday, October 24, local officials and community leaders joined bank executives, board members and employees as Wilson Bank & Trust broke ground on a three-story, 67,000-square-foot operations building behind the bank’s Main Office in Lebanon.

In speaking to a large crowd at the ground breaking ceremony, WB&T executives outlined the project’s implications for the bank’s future.

“This project, beyond preparing for continued success and growth, speaks to our ongoing commitment to being an independent, community-driven bank,” Wilson Bank & Trust CEO Randall Clemons said. “We wouldn’t build a facility like this without our leadership team’s vision for choosing our own path, just as we have from the beginning.”

WB&T operations employees are currently dispersed among three separate locations in Lebanon, and the new center will bring those departments together under one roof with new technology and more processing efficiency.

“This building will allow us improve processes, expand our space and make upgrades, but above all it’s a support system for the greatest asset we have as a bank, and that’s our people,” WB&T President Elmer Richerson said.

Government officials, area business leaders, members of the bank’s community councils and others joined Wilson Bank & Trust executives and operational staff members at Monday’s event.
